Department of Angiology
The Department of Angiology offers the examination and treatment of diseases and abnormalities of arteries, veins and lymphatics. Our service includes a range of endovascular therapies for the arterial occlusive disease of all vascular regions and peripheral aneurysms. Similarity, we offer various endovenous therapies (laser, foam) for the minimally invasive outpatient treatment of varicose veins.
Our research interests include the study of vascular function, the systemic effects of peripheral arterial occlusive disease and the new endovascular techniques.
The Department of Angiology is divided into a number of subject-specific focal points and functional departments, which are led and supervised by specialized doctors as follows:
- General angiological consultation

- Angiodysplasia
