In our basic and translational biomedical research as well as in our clinical research projects, we are dedicated to the various fields of urology. The main research areas are uro-oncology, urological tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, as well as new surgical techniques.
In our clinical studies, therapies as well as possibilities for prevention and diagnosis of diseases are systematically tested on a large number of patients. In addition to the clinical testing of drugs, new surgical therapy approaches are the content of our clinical research. The projects deal with a wide range of issues in the fields of uro-oncology, new surgical techniques and incontinence.
