Organizing your medical stay at the USZ, we:

Plan and schedule your individual medical treatment with the help of a specialist doctor
Assign you a personal patient relations manager, who will accompany you to your appointments
Plan follow-up care and deliver medical reports to your in-country doctor
Keep you and your family always informed about your treatment, your progress, and what you need to do when you get home
Take care of all questions around billing and provide you with an individual cost estimate prior to your stay

Additional services that we offer:

We will help you with making travel arrangements and organize a medical transport if required (from and to the USZ)
Arrangement of translation services or an interpreter for you. Our team speaks German, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, French and Spanish.
We gladly help you and your family find a place to stay in Zurich during your treatment

Video conference consultations

As an additional service some of our clinics offer a video conference consultation with Skype for business. This gives you fast, easy access to our network of specialists. Our team is delighted to advise you concerning the right doctor for your consultation and to organize an appointment regarding your health issues and concerns.
