Steering Committee of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Zurich

The steering committee of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Zurich consists of the director of research and education (USZ), the director of the University Medicine Zurich (UZH), a delegate from the Balgrist University Hospital or the University Children’s Hospital Zurich (in two-year rotation) and the CCCZ chair (without voting rights). The steering committee is responsible for guiding and reviewing the strategic development of the CCCZ.

Executive Committee of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Zurich

The Executive Committee of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Zurich consists of  8 members: the Chair CCCZ, Director CCCZ Clinical Program, Director CCCZ Clinical Trials, Director CCCZ Basic Research, Director CCCZ Transversal Research Programs, Director CCCZ Outreach and Education, Director CCCZ Technologies and Director CCCZ Bioinformatics. The Executive Committee is responsible for the strategic development and operation of an oncology center of excellence in Zurich.

Management, management board and data management team of the CCCZ Clinical Program

The management of the CCCZ Clinical Program, lead by the director of the CCCZ Clinical Program, is responsible for defining and implementing the goals of the CCCZ Clinical Program and supports the organ centers in fulfilling their tasks.

The management board of the CCCZ Clinical Program consists of representatives from the USZ Medical Directorate, heads of the CCCZ Organ Centers and representatives from specialized clinics. It is responsible for the definition and evaluation of the goals of the CCCZ organ centers and decides on the admission and establishment of further organ centers.

The data management team of the CCCZ Clinical Program supports quality and data management as well as the coordination of clinical trials.
