Previously untreated locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
A Phase II, Open-Label, Multicenter study evaluating the sagety and efficacy of neoadjuvant and adjuvant tiragolumab plus atezolizumab, with or without platinum-based chemotherapy, in patients with previously untreated locally advanced resectable stage II, IIIA or select IIIB non-small cell lung cancer.
This study will evaluate the surgical safety and feasibility of atezolizumab plus tiragolumab alone (Atezo + Tira) or in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy (Atezo + Tira + Chemo) as neoadjuvant treatment for patients with previously untreated locally advanced non-small cell
lung cancer (NSCLC).
The study will also evaluate the efficacy, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and safety of neoadjuvant Atezo + Tira or Atezo + Tira + Chemo, followed by adjuvant Atezo + Tira or adjuvant platinum-based chemotherapy.

Oligoprogredientes NSCLC
Targeted therapy beyond progression with or without dose-intensified radiotherapy in oligo-progressive disease (OPD) in oncogene Addicted Lung Tumours (HALT)
Die klinische Studie HALT wird durchgeführt, um zu untersuchen, ob eine stereotaktische Strahlentherapie (SBRT) dabei helfen kann, den Zeitraum zu verlängern, in dem Patientinnen und Patienten mit bestimmten Formen von fortgeschrittenem Lungenkrebs einen Nutzen von ihrer aktuellen Behandlung mit Medikamenten namens Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitoren (TKIs) haben.

A Phase 2 Precision Oncology Study of Biomarker-Directed, Pembrolizumab-(MK-3475, SCH 900475) Based Combination Therapy for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Diese Studie wird den Nutzen von Biomarker-basierten Triage für Studienteilnehmer mit fortgeschrittenem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkrebs (NSCLC) ohne vorherige systemische Therapie untersuchen. Studienteilnehmer in Gruppen, die durch einen Biomarker-basierten Klassifikator (Genexpressionsprofil [GEP] und Tumormutationslast [TMB]) definiert wurden, werden randomisiert und erhalten Pembrolizumab in Kombination mit MK-4280 oder Lenvatinib.

Extensive Stage disease
A phase III, randomized, double-blind, Placebo-controlled study of Atezolizumab plus carboplatin and Etoposide with or without Tiragolumab (ANTI-TIGIT ANTIBODY) in patients with untreated extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
