Education and Training in Oncology
The Outreach and Education Program of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Zurich offers interdisciplinary training and education for scientists, physicians and cancer experts on all aspects of cancer research and cancer medicine. Annually, CCCZ offers more than 60 cancer-related education programs, conferences, symposia and workshops.
The Comprehensive Cancer Center Zurich actively supports teaching and postgraduate education by hosting the PhD and Master Programs in Cancer Biology of the University of Zürich.
PhD Program Cancer Biology Master Program Cancer Biology
The CCCZ Fellow Program offers training an education for outstanding researchers and physicians. Competitive funding is provided for 2-year fellowships for postdocs and physician-scientists and allows for protected research time to effectively integrate research training during medical school and residency programs. The program aims to integrate fellows into the laboratories, meetings and communication of the CCCZ cancer research community.
CCCZ Fellow ProgramThe bi-weekly CCCZ curriculum offers multidisciplinary and structured oncological training for interns, which covers relevant topics of internal oncology, surgical oncology and radiation oncology.
